Return and Refund Policy

Celmade Korea is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Our aim is to introduce you to the beauty of KOREA and ensure your satisfaction with our products!

1. Initiation of Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please submit a return request within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order.

To request a return, kindly contact us via the Celmade Korea Email.

After you submit the return form to our Celmade Korea email address, we will assess its feasibility.

If your return request is approved, you will be required to send the product to the designated shipping provider.

Please respond to our team within 7 days to provide the tracking number for the returned package.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused, unmarked, and undamaged condition.

Partial returns may be rejected or disregarded.

*Items Ineligible for Returns or Exchanges

· Items reported more than 14 days after the completion of delivery.

· Items showing signs of usage.

· Items deliberately damaged.

· Items returned without prior notice or against the denial of a return request by our customer service.

2. Return Destination

Our Celmade Korea facility serves as the designated receiving location for all returns.

Refunds for returns can be processed once the items reach our warehouse.

Refunds are issued within 14 days following the receipt and processing of your return.

You will receive a refund for the merchandise after confirmation from our CS team.

You can choose between refunding the payment method or using Celmade Korea points for the refund.

A) Refunds Using Celmade Korea Points

- Points can be used on the website similar to cash.

- Store credit earned through points expires after six months.

B) Refunds to the Chosen Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to your payment account, which may take up to 14 business days.

*In case a customer inadvertently returns an unopened or unwanted item, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Even if the original order qualified for free shipping, we bear the responsibility for the shipping costs.

Thus, a refund will be processed, minus shipping fees, upon return.

(Note: If the refund amount is lower than twice the shipping price, subtract the negative amount from the Celmade Korea account.)

Points spent will be refunded in points.

Refunds cannot be issued in points or money used with a deducted voucher amount.

4. Reshipping Method

Irrespective of the initial shipping method selected for the order, we reserve the right to determine the reshipping method.

5. Allergic Reactions or Skin Disorders

We do not accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions or skin disorders caused by the products we offer.

6. Responsibility for Lost Items

Celmade Korea is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend entrusting them to a reputable shipping company.
