Import & Customs Responsibility

country.
For U.S. buyers: Some products may require FDA approval or MoCRA compliance
for import. Ensure you have the necessary documentation before ordering.
We do not cover import duties, VAT, or customs-related delays.
Undelivered Orders Due to Customs Issues
If your package is held or rejected by customs, you may be required to provide additional documentation or pay import fees.
Celmade.shop is not responsible for refunds or reshipments in cases of customs rejections.
Shipping Notice
For packages weighing more than 3kg, customers are responsible for customs costs as dictated by local customs regulations. (Please be aware that the weight displayed on the website may not precisely match the actual weight of the package.)
When you select your shipping method, the weight of the package and any associated packaging materials (such as bubble wrap) will be automatically added to the total shipment weight.
Customs fees typically range from 10% to 30% of the tariff, contingent on the delivery country. We advise you to keep this in mind when placing your order, and you can verify the specific tariff rate by contacting the appropriate authorities.
Additionally, please be aware that the item's listed price does not include import charges or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Issues
1. Refund
a) The refund process will only commence upon CELMADE receiving official delivery confirmation.
b) The customer is required to furnish us with evidence of the incident, such as photographs.
2. Unclaimed Returns
a) If a package is returned to Celmade due to being unclaimed, the customer bears the shipping costs associated with its return.
