Agreement Terms between the Online Retailer "Celmade Korea" and the Buyer
The Buyer of goods (referred to as "Buyer") and the online store https://celmade.shop/ (referred to as "Internet-shop") mutually agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
All references to offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to facilitate Buyer assistance are governed by prevailing Korean Law. The terminology used in this Agreement, whether singular, plural, he/she, or they, is interchangeable and refers to the same entity.

Product descriptions, prices, and details provided by suppliers are used solely for informational purposes. Ownership rights to content are held by content owners. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. We are not liable for items being delivered to an incorrect address due to input errors. Accurate shipping information is your responsibility when placing orders.
1. USER REGISTRATION
1.1 By placing an order on Celmade Korea's website, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
1.2 Buyer's personal information, collected for sales facilitation on https://celmade.shop/, is not shared with third parties. The online retailer reserves the right to use this data for marketing purposes, including email campaigns, traffic analysis, and sales data analysis.
1.3 Accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information is the Buyer's responsibility when registering on https://celmade.shop/
2. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESSING
2.1 Orders can be placed online at https://celmade.shop/
2.2 Orders are processed round-the-clock.
2.3 After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an email notification confirming its acceptance by the automatic order management system. A representative will subsequently contact the Buyer to confirm availability, payment terms, and delivery details.
2.4 Unpaid orders pending confirmation are not considered processed.
2.5 Order cancellations are generally not accepted. The Company may accept cancellation requests based on its discretion.
3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
3.1 "Delivery and Payment" section governs payment and delivery terms.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking services provided by payment gateway partners. 4. GOODS INSPECTION
4.1 The Buyer must inspect the received items for quantity and quality upon delivery.
5. RETURN OF GOODS
Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact the company immediately in case of issues for return.
Returns may be accepted for:

· Faulty or expired items.
Returns typically not accepted for:

· Sole discretion of the Company.
Buyer ships returned items to the provided address. Shipping costs may be reimbursed at the Company's discretion.
5. WARRANTY TERMS
5.1 Buyer must inquire about warranty terms from the online store representative, as different manufacturers have varying warranty periods.
5.2 Manufacturer's warranty starts upon item receipt or chosen delivery method.
